Rate per Line: You can take any 4 week offs in a month, rest of the days should do 1000 lines each day. Minimum target is 20k lines per month to calculate as salary based employee. If you do less than 20k lines per month you will be considered and paid as per the below slab rates.

Above 10000 upto 20000 lines Rs. 1.20 per line from 1st line.

Manual Transcription (Expected quality >90% Accuracy):
Less than 600 lines = 0.90 INR

Why most of US work is coming in night shifts?

I see most of the US transcription work is coming at night shifts. Why so much urgency in transcription for US work? It is better if home transcription work be given at day time. Night shift is against the natural laws. Night is usually resting time for most of the animals. Man is not the exception. In the case of in-house work there is a question of utilisation of systems at night time to increases profit, so night shift can be useful. In the case of home transcription there is no such things exist as home transcriptionists have their own systems. I hope MT companies should rethink about giving night work for home transcriptionists.
