After doing American English transcription for some years now, my British/Indian English of decades was archived. This I noted especially when I thought of doing UK English medical transcription (etiology is American while aetiology is British) for which I had to go through the arduous task of preparing a separate login for the same on my home PC running Windows 7, set MS Word for the same, and search for UK websites for doctor/hospital names, etc. It will be a long time before I am able to write in British English again though doing audio transcription maybe easier. Back to school days. Anyhow, I have created a UK English Custom.DIC that I have posted under British English at 4shared for others to download, use, and give feedback.
