Full-Time/Part-Time…..24/7

5 days a week for both day and night shifts.
Package....
HBT FULL TIME
1. PF.
2. ESI.
3. Mediclaim (only for employee, not for family) [Maxbupa-coverage-100000].
4. Casual Leave.
5. Sick leave.
7. Double pay on 10 public holidays.
8. No deductions for errors.
Basic Salary [For 7+ years]..Rs. 10,000...Target 12,000 lines per month. After target Rs. 1.20 from 12001 lines for non-ASR..for ASR Rs. 1.00...
For Night shift (HBT)....20% of total earnings.
For less experience basic will be less and target will be less...but incentives will be the same after target.
HBT PART TIME (No pf, no benifits, purely on line count basis)
Minimum Target 2500 lines per month
(only ASR files, no manual transcription)...60 to 80 paise (depends on slab like 0 to 10k, 10k to 12.5k, 12.k to 15k lines.....like that).
People who are working for other medical transcription
companies can also apply for part-time.
Files will be there even on Sundays and Mondays.
