The company has one additional scheme for all the HBT members in which you can suggest the names of HBTs and earn 3000/-Rs as a referral bonus.
Below mentioned is a simple term in which how the payment is credited in your account. The referred candidate once starts the work in Production he should at least complete 6600 Lines per month for consecutive 3 months. Referral Bonus will be for candidates that work between 10 pm to 6 am.
Upon successful completion of 3 months, the person who has referred will get Rs. 3,000/- as referral bonus added into his subsequent months payment.
If the candidate working between 10 pm and 6 am exceeds his line count by 11000 lines, the rate per line would be increased to Rs 1.20 and will be paid for all the lines done in that month.
