We are a small scale Transcription Company having around 15-20 employees. We work as a vendor for our US clients. Now our issue is do we need to comply with GST norms. Do we need to file GST returns as stated. We have been in touch with multiple CA's regarding the same and have got different opinions from all.
We need to know if there are any other companies/vendors like us who are in the same delima.
