Need senior editors for escription

We are providing escription 6 PM to 10 AM and need to do min of 500 lines per day. For senior editors we also can provide offline editing work from afternoon include escription.
Rate per Line:
0 to 10,000 lines Rs. 1.00
Above 10,000 lines Rs. 1.30
Escription payment with 10% TDS
Penalty policy.
There will be Nuance post audit of 5% to 10% in overall uploads. From those if any file comes less than 98% accuracy wont be paid for that particular file.
Payment date by 10th if its SBI account, and before 15th if other than SBI banks.
