Do your training first for a few months, I was told
Watch the mullah roll in, what absolute fun, uh oh
Went for my first few jobs, overconfident and cocky
Time has moved on but things are just plain rocky
Today, about eleven years past
Broken and beaten in a corner, alas
Far more wiser, older and broke
Wondering when I could have a stroke
Being a master in English should have opened doors
A major mistake, I do deplore
Watching the illiterate bums rolling it in
I realize being good in English is a sin
DSP, non-DSP, accuracy and impossible targets
Screw you as there is nothing else in the market
F**ked if you do and f**ked if you don't
No matter what you are all alone.
So to you my fellow medical transcriptionists
I do request you, full of gas and piss
Give this line a complete miss
Save yourselves for another day
Go for something with better pay
