I have a question....

All along we have read of posts regarding companies who are rotten paymasters, office politics and low payout rate among other things.  The last few months we came across so many companies it was quite depressing.

Now my question is this:  Which companies are there who are at least reasonably respectable, pay a decent amount, pay first week or so instead of the middle of the month or by the end of the month and where your contribution is truly appreciated without crossing the managers, TLs, MTs or whoever?  I am actually asking people who are working at good jobs and can vouch for them.  

There is a problem here in that people with vested interests will always try to promote their companies or conversely put down other companies so I guess it will be difficult to distinguish which is genuine.

I feel the pay scale would be a good indicator to start with..

I may be free on a part-time basis from March so just testing the waters.  All details can be provided via email to potential employers if desired.

One small point...please do not judge me on the basis of my kidding around a lot in this forum.  I do that as I get bored every now and then and try to de-stress by passing dumb comments.
