Here are the targets and other details for the salary of Rs. 30000 per month.
You can take any of 4 days (Sunday or Monday) as weekend off in a month. Daily line count target is 1000 lines per day.
If you done more than your target lines in any day those lines will be paid Rs. 1.20 per line.
If you do less than 20k lines will be paid as per below slab rates
0 to 9999: 0.90 paisa
10000 to 19999: Rs 1.00
All payments with 10% TDS deduction.
Penalty policy.
Any file comes less than 98% accuracy wont be paid for that lines.
If any customer complaints its $10 for each job.
Payment date is 10 to 12th of every month.
