The work outsourced will be for transcription only and the QA process is handled by iData.
Rates per line:
Line rate will be 2.50 to 2.75 US cents per line (approximately Rs. 1.60 to Rs. 1.75 per line)
Quality expectation is around 94-95%.
Coverage Timings: 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
