When you will be transcribing your rates will be as follows
0-10,000 lines - 1.10 paise per line.
10,000 to 12,500 - 1.20 paise per line.
12,500 to 15,000 - 1.30 paise per line.
Above 15,000 - 1.40 paise per line.
When you will be direct uploading (MT+QA) your rates will be as follows
0-10,000 lines - 1.40 paise per line.
10,000 to 12,500 - 1.50 paise per line.
12,500 to 15,000 - 1.60 paise per line.
Above 15,000 - 1.70 paise per line.
Salary will be credited between 10 to 15th of every month. It means if you have worked from June 1 to June 30 your salary will be credited between 10 to 15 July.
There will be deduction of 1% TDS as subcontractor from your salary.
There will be 1 weekly off/week.
